We provide a manned help desk between 08.30 and 17.30 hours every working week-day. Further out-of-hours support is provided to specific customers by prior arrangement. Calls are prioritised according to your severity classification, each of which has a service level commitment and escalation procedure.


Customer software installations are accessed remotely to minimise the amount of wasted time used in passing data and error reports between IT departments and help desks.
