Clear Image choose Priority The most recent company to select Priority as their ERP of choice is Clear Image Ltd. Based in both Huddersfield and Scotland, they specialize in security, safety and energy saving solutions designed to help their customers save money, time and effort. They currently have clients of all shapes and sizes across the UK, including; Celtic Football club, Leeds Metropolitan University, Norwich Union, Bupa and De Vere Cameron House Hotel. They supply an extensive range of products and services that focuses on security and safety. These include; CCTV, Remote Monitoring, Automatic Number Plate Recognition, Fire Protection and Energy saving lighting. The core of their business is very much focused on Customer service, with many clients requiring site visits and servicing on a regular basis. The need for a new ERP system came about because of their relationship with their previous IT providers, as Project Manager, Karen Smith explains; For 10 years we had an industry specific software system. The providers gave very poor service and we felt as if we were on our own when problems developed. The thing that impressed us about eMerge and Priority was that it is a fully tested, global system and the people at eMerge were very upfront in answering any questions we had. When we showed the Priority system to our various departments they were extremely impressed. It was a great improvement on our existing system, with particular emphasis on Finance and Sales, both areas in which the old system performed poorly.
